Baked Spinach and Artichoke Dip
1-10 oz package frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1-14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
2-8 oz packages cream cheese, at room temperature
1/2 cup sour cream
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese, divided
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350. Mix together spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese and salt and pepper until combined. Top with remaining 1 cup mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese. Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is brown and bubbling.
